We will provide free return shipping and a full replacement or refund (whichever you prefer) on any products that are spoiled, corked, damaged or shipped in error. You must notify us of the problem within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
To return a product it must be unopened, in the condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging. For our US customers unfortunately due to state law we cannot accept returns if the product is not defective or shipped in error.
We also cannot accept returns of products that have a vintage year that is more than 7 years older than the current year or have been shipped during extreme weather conditions.
